1. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

- Verifying phone number via M-Pesa registration
- Enhanced due diligence for high-volume accounts
2. Suspicious Activity Monitoring
We continuously monitor transactions for suspicious patterns including:
- Unusually large or frequent deposits with little gameplay
- Multiple accounts operated by the same individual
- Structured deposits designed to avoid reporting thresholds
- Deposits followed immediately by full withdrawal requests
3. Reporting
We report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by Kenyan law, including the Financial Reporting Centre (FRC).
4. Record Keeping
We retain all transaction and identity records for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with regulatory requirements.
