Welcome to Maxibet. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction and Licensing

Maxibet is operated in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. All betting operations are subject to the regulations of the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) of Kenya.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Maxibet. Underage gambling is an offense in Kenya.
• You must register using a valid Kenyan mobile phone number registered with M-Pesa in your own name.
• Only one account is permitted per person, mobile number, and national ID.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Deposits are made exclusively via M-Pesa. You agree that deposits are made for the sole purpose of playing games on the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be remitted to the M-Pesa number used to register the account.
• Maxibet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity (KYC) in compliance with Kenyan Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

4. Gameplay and Fairness

SkyCrash is a provably fair game. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm that cannot be manipulated by Maxibet. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays for that specific round.

5. Taxation

In accordance with Kenyan law, winnings may be subject to withholding tax. By using our platform, you authorize Maxibet to deduct any applicable statutory taxes from your winnings and remit them to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) on your behalf.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we suspect fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or breach of these terms. Any balance in a suspended account will be held pending investigation.
